However, for me, being a fitness influencer wasn’t all it was cracked up to be, and I eventually decided to quit. In this article, I’ll explain why.

In order to maintain a strong online presence, you need to post regularly, engage with your followers, and stay up to date on the latest fitness trends and research. This can be exhausting, and can leave little time for other important aspects of your life, such as relationships, hobbies, and self-care. As someone who values a well-rounded lifestyle, I found that being a fitness influencer was taking up too much of my time and energy, leaving me feeling drained and unfulfilled.
